When you deposit 25K dollars, the bank can borrow 9x the amount. That is because of how the Fractional Reserve System works.
At the end of the year, he buys assets (in December) that generate positive cashflow (drip). In January he is broke. And he now he has a reason to restart the hustle.
His focus with buying assets is the cashflow – the drip the assets provide, not the actual lumpsum.
You don’t buy stuff from Income! You buy it from the drips.
